What we collect, and what we don't.

Who we are

OneTightSite builds and hosts one-page websites for local businesses. It is a Waypoint Operating Partners company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean OneTightSite, and "this site" means onetightsite.com.

If we build a website for your business, the people who visit that site are covered by that site's own privacy page, not this one.

What we collect, and why

The free leak audit

When you run the audit, we receive the website address you enter and your email address. Our server visits that website address the way a browser would, checks it, and shows you the report on the page.

We save the request (website address, email, date, and how many issues we found) in our database, which Cloudflare hosts, and send the same details to our team's private Telegram chat so we know it came in. We use your email only to follow up personally about your report. We do not add you to a mailing list, and one reply asking us to stop is enough.

Abuse protection

To limit each connection to five audits a day, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address for about 25 hours. The code is made with a random key that is thrown away after two days, so afterward it cannot be traced back to your address.

Booking a call

Our booking calendar is run by Cal.com. Its script loads with this site, and when you open the booking window you give Cal.com your name, email, phone number, and any notes. If you use "Book with this list," the items you picked are added to those notes. Cal.com passes the booking to us so we can hold the call, and it handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Email and phone

If you email info@waypointop.com or call 470-342-9002, we receive your message and your contact details and keep them as ordinary business correspondence.

Visit data

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for in order to deliver the page and block attacks. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you: we see totals such as page views, referring sites, countries, and device types, never individual visitors. Cloudflare describes its practices in its privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no cookie banner. The one exception is Cal.com: its script and booking window set Cal.com's own cookies, used for security and scheduling.

Who else handles it

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the reason you gave it to us. A small set of service providers help us run the site, each only for the job listed:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security, our database, and visit counts.
• Cal.com: scheduling calls.
• Telegram: internal notifications when an audit request comes in.
• Our email and phone providers: delivering messages and calls.

We would also disclose information if the law required it.

How long we keep it

• Audit requests: deleted automatically after 24 months.
• Abuse-protection codes: about 25 hours.
• Emails, calls, and bookings: for as long as they are useful for our conversation with you. If you become a client, we keep what we need for billing, taxes, and our agreement.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@waypointop.com. We answer within 30 days, and we may confirm a request is yours by replying to the email address we have on file.

Some US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia, give their residents these rights by law. We give them to everyone. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as that opt-out all the same.

Security

This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). What we store sits in Cloudflare's infrastructure, and access is limited to our team. No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
